Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Product Champion for GNSS and auto guidance technology based in North America. The role leads the Technical Support organization for GNSS, guiding diagnostic efforts and prioritizing product readiness for launches.

You will collaborate with support, engineering, and quality teams to surface field trends, develop training materials, and ensure rapid repair resolution. Hybrid work schedule across preferred sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology or equivalent with years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of GNSS, auto guidance, and guidance accuracy.
• Experience with electrical/hydraulic schematics and CAN diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep expertise across GNSS and auto guidance generations.
• Lead technical support advanced diagnostics with agents.
• Coordinate case work during seasonal fluctuations.
• Direct response to emerging field issues and containment.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and commercial teams on trends.
