CNH is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to support Gen 1 guidance and steering systems. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing mature embedded software used in vehicle guidance controllers. The engineer will triage, analyze, and resolve software issues with strong low-level programming skills.

The position involves collaboration with global engineering teams across the U.S. and Europe to ensure product stability and feature development, with on-site testing as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in C/C++ and embedded systems development.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to triage and resolve software issues independently.

Responsabilidades

• Triage and root-cause analysis of software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects in embedded systems.
• Manage backlog and deliver timely bug fixes and updates.
• Develop and implement new features for embedded software.
• Conduct data analysis to diagnose issues and identify performance improvements.
• Collaborate with distributed teams, including Sioux Falls and the Netherlands.
• Support testing and validation, including on-site testing when required.
