RTX in Pasadena, California is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer-Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Analyst for an onsite role. You will contribute to high‑fidelity modeling and system integration across electromechanical actuators and sensors.

Responsibilities include developing surrogate models, validating simulations with test data, delivering rapid study results, and presenting findings to sponsors and stakeholders. An active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with Matlab, Simulink, and C.
• Experience presenting professionally.
• Experience with external vendors and hardware suppliers.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• High-fidelity modeling of electromechanical actuators and sensors.
• Create and maintain surrogate models for system simulations.
• Validate simulations against testbed data and refine hardware requirements.
• Deliver rapid-turnaround study results (2–3 week cycles) with plots and presentations.
• Translate complex simulation data into clear plots and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
