Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a GNC Engineer for the Metro Phoenix, AZ area. The role involves running simulations of guidance, navigation, and control systems for national security, commercial aerospace, and space exploration projects.

You will work with other GNC engineers to ensure simulations meet customer requirements and performance specs, and you will read/modify flight code in C++ to test and design flight codes and tactical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of modeling and simulation experience for GNC in aerospace.
• Active Clearance required.
• Experience with missiles/hypersonic vehicles or weapons.
• Proficient in C++ and reading/modifying flight code.

Responsibilities

• Run simulations of guidance, navigation, and control systems for aerospace applications.
• Collaborate with other GNC engineers and stakeholders to meet performance specifications.
• Test and design flight codes and tactical systems; modify existing code as needed.
