Job summary

Unknown is seeking a senior Guidance Navigation and Control Engineer III to lead the development and evaluation of GNC systems for aerospace applications, including aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, and launch vehicles.

You will build six DOF simulations, define performance metrics, design and implement solutions, and mentor early career engineers while collaborating with cross functional teams in Chandler, AZ onsite to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent in aerospace/related fields.
• Security clearance at Secret level required or active equivalent.
• Experience with guidance, navigation, and control concepts for aerospace systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, verification, and test of GNC software and simulation toolchains.
• Maintain 6 DOF simulations to design and validate flight algorithms and code.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across integration, test, and analysis teams.
• Present results, risks, and recommendations to program leadership.
