Job summary

Trueanomalyinc is seeking a seasoned GNC Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of spacecraft navigation systems. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in GNC systems and strong skills in C++ and Python, along with a solid understanding of spacecraft dynamics and control laws.

This onsite position is based either in California or Colorado. Candidates will join a team focused on delivering innovative aerospace solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
• 15+ years of hands-on experience developing and fielding spacecraft GNC systems
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python, including software development, numerical methods, and algorithm implementation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of spacecraft Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems
• Design, test, and validate GNC flight software for spacecraft
• Conduct system-level GNC trade studies and develop recommendations for hardware
