True Anomaly is looking for a senior engineer to lead the development of spacecraft Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of hands-on experience, particularly in C++ and Python, and a robust understanding of attitude dynamics and orbital mechanics. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $290,000 and includes equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience developing and fielding spacecraft GNC systems.
• Deep understanding of spacecraft attitude dynamics and environmental perturbations.
• Significant experience with estimation and filtering including EKF and UKF.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of spacecraft GNC systems.
• Design, test, and validate GNC flight software for spacecraft.
• Conduct system-level GNC trade studies and develop recommendations.
