Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. seeks a Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer to develop, integrate, and test core flight autonomy capabilities across multiple aerial platforms.

You will work with teams to embed GNC algorithms into software and product stacks, supporting both commercial and defense applications. The role requires a Master’s in a related field, 6+ years of GNC experience, and proficiency in C++ or Python, with expertise in real flight testing, data analysis, and UAS navigation systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing GNC software for autonomous systems.
• Experience developing autonomy algorithms in C++ or Python.
• Experience with flight testing and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Write software for autonomous aircraft systems and simulations to accomplish military missions.
• Build and improve aerial autonomy software architectures deployed on real systems.
• Collaborate with DoD domain experts and vendors to integrate software onto hardware.
