Blue Origin LLC in the Seattle area is seeking a Sr. GN&C Hardware Engineer to advance navigation hardware requirements and verify performance across the full program lifecycle.

You will work with propulsion, dynamics, operations, and design teams to ensure robust, qualified navigation sensors and interfaces for lunar lander systems. The role emphasizes leadership in test, integration, and verification in a safety-critical spaceflight environment with flight-like hardware, hardware-in-the-loop,

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has a B.S./M.S. in engineering (Aero/Electrical preferred)
• Experience leading integration and test support in cleanroom environments
• Proficiency in avionics requirements, procurement specs, and statements of work
• Knowledge of spacecraft GN&C hardware and navigation sensors

Responsibilities

• Contribute to navigation hardware requirements from system-level specs
• Support navigation hardware design studies and performance trades
• Coordinate procurement, vendor liaison, delivery, installation, verification and certification
• Guide testing and analyses including flight tests, TVAC, vibration and alignment checks
• Support hardware-in-the-loop and flight testing with on-vehicle validation
