Job summary

Anduril Industries' Maritime Division is advancing sovereign sea power with autonomous navigation and control for maritime vehicles. You will own navigation, guidance, and control software, leading a team to operate in GPS-denied environments and to deliver robust hardware-software integration.

Qualifications

• GN&C architecture knowledge for inertial navigation and actuation control.
• Experience with INS, Kalman filtering, or sensor fusion.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own GN&C and navigation software architecture for maritime autonomous vehicle.
• Lead INS integration and GPS-denied navigation development.
• Drive Safe Navigation System design and safety certification approach.
• Define software requirements with subsystems and hardware.
• Manage navigation compute requirements and hardware selection.
• Lead trade studies across navigation sensor suites and fusion approaches.
• Mentor junior engineers and interface with mission systems teams.
• Support prototype integration, testing, and sea trials.
