Found Consultancy in Durham, NC is seeking a Pharmaceutical Site Head / General Manager to provide senior leadership across GMP operations, quality, and commercial performance. You will partner with teams to ensure safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of life sciences storage, sample management, and related services.

The role requires deep GMP knowledge, ISO/CAP and ICH Q1A/Q1B familiarity, budgeting and strategic planning, with P&L, audits, capacity planning and customer relationship

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in GMP/pharma operations.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and budgets.
• Experience with audits, regulatory inspections, quality reviews.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in life sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMP operational activities across US Life Sciences Storage and sample management.
• Develop strategies to support growth, profitability and customer retention.
• Ensure GMP quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee capacity planning and site performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and service.
