Job summary

Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC in Philadelphia seeks a Lead Planning Services professional to coordinate operational readiness for GMP facility startups. You will manage integrated schedules, align cross-functional teams, and proactively identify risks affecting milestones.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Primavera P6 experience, strong exposure to CQV and validation processes, and the ability to deliver clear, actionable plans in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years of project planning and scheduling experience for large capital projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated Primavera P6 schedules for master and execution plans.
• Coordinate and integrate contractor Level 5 schedules across all workstreams.
• Develop WBS, schedule logic, milestones, critical path analyses, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Lead schedule development through Engineering, Procurement, Construction, CQV, and Startup.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path changes, and create mitigation plans.
• Coordinate planning activities with PM, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, CQV, Automation, Manufacturing, and contractors.
• Facilitate weekly planning, progress reviews, and schedule coordination meetings.
• Track deliverables, milestones, turnover packages, and validation readiness.
• Produce executive schedule reports, dashboards, KPIs, and forecast analyses for leadership.
• Support risk assessments, what-if analyses, and change management.
• Ensure schedule compliance with governance and best practices.
