Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or engineering.
• 4+ years of maintenance, reliability or related industry experience.
• 3+ years direct reliability engineering experience (RCM/CBM/RA).
• 3+ years of experience managing, leading, and developing people.
• Experience in pharma/biological manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and owns the site reliability strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Leads and develops a high-performing team of engineers and CBM specialists.
• Oversees equipment criticality assessments and maintenance strategy alignment.
• Leads RCM/FMEA analyses and implements learnings in CMMS and docs.
• Establishes CBM program design, baselines, and data trending.
• Partners to optimize preventive maintenance content and intervals.
