Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Manager, Reliability to lead the site’s reliability program for GMP biologics manufacturing. You will develop the strategy, drive RCM/CBM, and build a high-performing team of reliability engineers while interfacing with Maintenance Ops, Process Eng, Quality and Validation.

The role emphasizes data-driven maintenance, equipment criticality, and regulatory readiness, with a proactive, risk-based maintenance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in life science or engineering with 4+ years in maintenance/reliability.
• Strong knowledge of RCM, CBM, FMEA/FMECA and regulatory context (GMP).
• Experience leading teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and owns the site reliability strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Leads a high-performing team of engineers and CBM specialists.
• Manages equipment criticality, CMMS data, and spare parts strategy.
• Performs root cause analyses for GMP-impacting failures and CAPAs.
• Defines and monitors reliability metrics and data governance.
