Job summary

St. Jude Children's GMP is seeking a Senior Materials Handler to perform critical materials handling in a GMP manufacturing environment, supporting receipt, inspection, labeling, release, storage, inventory control, and distribution in compliance with cGMP, cGTP, and FACT standards.

The successful candidate will ensure complete material traceability, maintain accurate inventory records, support production operations, and ship GMP products domestically and internationally using approved couriers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of Material Management experience.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
• Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, release, and stock incoming materials.
• File/scan spec sheets, releases records, and certificates of analysis.
• Fill material orders following FIFO for issuance of controlled inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs.
• Follow cGMP, cGTP, and FACT standards in delivering, replenishing and reconciling inventory.
• Issue supplies to production personnel and ensure full traceability.
• Write and revise SOPs and release records.
