Job summary

St. Jude Children's GMP is seeking a Senior Materials Handler who will manage receipt, inspection, labeling, release, storage and distribution of materials in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of material management experience in a GMP environment.
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills.
• Experience with inventory databases and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, release and stock incoming materials according to storage requirements.
• File/scan spec sheets, release records, and certificates of analysis.
• Fill material orders for production following FIFO.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs.
• Follow cGMP, cGTP, and FACT standards during inventory activities.
• Issue supplies to production and ensure traceability.
• Write and revise SOPs and release records.
• Perform other duties to meet department goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
