Job summary

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis seeks a Senior GMP Materials Handler to manage receipt, inspection, labeling, release, storage, and distribution of materials in a GMP environment.

You will ensure traceability, maintain inventory records, support production, and drive improvements in materials management. The role requires 5+ years in material management, strong Excel skills, and experience with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Material Management experience.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, release and stock incoming materials according to storage requirements.
• File/scan specs, releases and certificates of analysis for traceability.
• Fill material orders for production following FIFO.
• Maintain inventory records and logs for accuracy.
• Follow cGMP, cGTP and FACT standards in handling inventory.
• Issue supplies and ensure traceability from receipt to use.
• Write/update SOPs and release records as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
