Job summary

Anika Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to keep our Bedford, MA facility and manufacturing equipment safe, reliable, and production-ready.

You will troubleshoot and repair complex systems, interpret technical drawings, and support new equipment installations. The role is primarily on-site in Bedford, MA, with scheduled weekend walkthroughs and an on-call rotation for off-hours facility emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cGMP environment or equivalent regulated manufacturing experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and facility systems.
• Hands-on technical professional comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP facility systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; interpret drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Support installations, calibrations, and qualifications for new equipment and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend walkthroughs.
• Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance technicians.
