Anika Therapeutics is hiring a Sr. Aseptic Technician for the 1st shift in Bedford, MA. You will perform routine and non-routine manufacturing tasks for aseptic products, following SOPs and batch records to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires 4-6 years in a cGMP environment, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours and aptitude for documenting activities are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills applicable to manufacturing records.
• Ability to work flexible hours to complete production activities.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to gown and gain entry to cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment per SOPs, batch records, and MD/OPM.
• Executes aseptic fills, transfer, sanitization, and process simulations.
• Performs scheduled cleaning and sterilization of equipment.
• Coordinates sample preparation and testing.
• Records data into batch records and log books with proper documentation.
