Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a GMP Lab Computing Services (LCS) Engineer for our client in Bothell, WA. The role focuses on reliable, compliant lifecycle management of laboratory computing systems in GMP environments, with collaboration across Laboratory Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and IT teams.

The engineer will provide senior technical support, ensure data integrity, and lead technical activities from planning through validation, while maintaining documentation and compliance with GMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information technology or related discipline.
• Significant experience supporting laboratory computing and GMP-regulated systems.
• Strong GMP principles, data integrity mindset, and change-management experience.
• Ability to work independently and balance urgent needs with GMP requirements.
• Strong technical writing and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical support and ownership for GMP laboratory computing systems.
• Maintain operation of laboratory applications, workstations, instruments, and interfaces.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Provide technical direction during incidents and complex events.
• Support system lifecycle activities including upgrades and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
