Job summary
PSC Biotech is seeking a Senior Automation Systems Lead to provide technical and operational leadership for GxP manufacturing automation and control systems. The role covers PCS, SCADA platforms, historians, and OT infrastructure, with cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Validation, IT/OT, and vendors.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day automation service delivery, complex troubleshooting, lifecycle activities, and change management while
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting automation systems within GMP-regulated environments.
- 5+ years leading automation support, engineering, or managed services teams.
- Experience with 24x7 manufacturing support and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on with Rockwell Automation technologies and PI historian platforms.
- Knowledge of GMP documentation, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity principles.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational leadership for GxP manufacturing automation and control systems.
- Oversee day-to-day automation service delivery, incidents, and escalations in a 24x7 environment.
- Coordinate advanced troubleshooting and root cause investigations across multiple teams.
- Lead preventive maintenance, change management, and system lifecycle activities.
- Support cybersecurity, patch management, disaster recovery, and system validation.
