Job summary

UF Health is seeking a senior administrator to manage Graduate, Undergraduate and Continuing Medical Education programs within the College of Medicine – Jacksonville. You will oversee policy development, fiduciary oversight and program administration, ensuring compliance with ACGME Institutional and Program Requirements.

Responsibilities include data management for WebADS, residency recruitment via ERAS, credentialing, and maintenance of records for residents and fellows.

Qualifications

• 2 years of GME management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; TAGME certification required within 1 year.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Supervises GME Program Administrator and Clerkship Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ACGME Institutional and Program Requirements.
• Maintain and analyze data for accreditation systems (WebADS) and site visits.
• Coordinate Residency/Fellowship recruitment via ERAS.
• Maintain resident and fellow records and credential verification.
• Provide administrative support for departmental operations and finances.
• Oversee CME coordination and collaboration with telemedicine.
