Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Systems Senior Manager to lead the Global Distribution Warehouse Systems team and align system strategy with customer fulfillment goals. This onsite role can be based in Dallas, TX, Pendergrass, GA, Springfield, MO, or Salt Lake City, UT.

You will drive strategic planning, oversee system integration, and ensure compliance with ISO, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA and other regulations while coordinating with Global Technology and Customer Fulfillment leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of program management experience required.
• Experience with ERP, OMS and WMS configuration/design (Manhattan, IFS, Körber a plus).
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for global distribution warehouse systems with leadership teams.
• Lead development and management of system integration for sites worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA and trade regulations.
• Oversee vendor/partner management and on-time system go-lives.
• Drive automation and continuity plans for global distribution operations.
