Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Management Systems Analyst to lead deployment, configuration, and support of WMS, LMS, Slotting, WES/WCS, and ERP across multiple distribution centers.

You will drive root-cause analysis, collaborate with IT and operations, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring compliant and scalable logistics operations. The role requires 5+ years’ hands-on experience with supply chain systems and advanced SQL, with 100% onsite presence in a Dallas distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain systems (WMS, ERP, WES/WCS).
• Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and support of WMS, LMS, Slotting, WES/WCS, and ERP across DCs.
• Drive root-cause analysis and high-impact systemic issue resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership to align tech with operational goals.
• Provide guidance in cross-functional projects, audits, and network-wide initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure smooth DC operations with high uptime.
• Oversee SOX compliance activities, including access reviews and inventory sync docs.
• Lead multi-site WMS projects from scoping to post-launch support.
• Serve as the primary UAT lead for system changes and deployments.
• Maintain system process docs and DC reporting analytics.
• Analyze help desk trends and prioritize cross-platform fixes.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT for escalations and long-term improvements.
• Demonstrate cross-functional problem-solving and project ownership.
• Support knowledge transfer and ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
