Job summary
World Fuel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive III for Global Trip Support in the Houston/Webster area. You will develop and manage top-tier aviation customers, drive revenue, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive trip support.
The role requires 10+ years in aviation sales, strong networks, and a client-first mindset; travel as needed to support key accounts and industry events.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales or account management in business aviation or trip support.
- Proven success with high-value aviation customers.
- Experience selling Global Trip Support or related services.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with decision makers.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new Global Trip Support customers.
- Grow a portfolio of existing accounts and expand spend across services.
- Prospect and cultivate new business through networks, referrals, conferences.
- Promote Global Trip Support, Regional Trip Support, Flight Planning, Insurance.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling across product lines.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Trip Support teams to ensure great service.
