Job summary

World Fuel Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for FBO & Airport Solutions in Webster, TX. The role focuses on serving as a trusted partner to FBOs and aviation customers across North America, delivering exceptional service, and driving customer success.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Support, and Operations teams, manage pricing requests, and develop expertise in World Fuel's aviation products and services. A strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

2-3 years in aviation, account management, customer service, sales support, customer success, or related field.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Support: Build and maintain relationships with FBOs, airports, and aviation customers across North America; deliver exceptional service.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, service issues, pricing, and account support.
Reporting & Business Analysis: Prepare and deliver customer, sales, and operational reporting; analyze pricing and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Client Support, Bulk Operations, and FASST teams to support initiatives and account growth.
