Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. seeks a Transportation Specialist III to coordinate logistics, customs, and freight management for US and Americas projects from Orlando. You will work with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective delivery of gas and steam turbine components.

Ideal candidates have eight+ years in logistics, strong FTZ/HTS knowledge, and proficiency with SAP and SharePoint. Hybrid or on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum eight years of logistics/transportation experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, logistics, and customs for domestic and international projects.
• Develop and maintain transportation provider networks supporting project activities.
• Track shipments with freight forwarders, lines, terminals, and carriers.
• Analyze transportation costs, routing, and performance metrics.
• Manage export documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate claims, invoices, and cost reporting with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners.
