Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced experience in supply chain logistics, international transportation, and global trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs requirements, and government agency regulations.
• Experience analyzing logistics, trade and compliance data to support risk mitigation and cost optimization.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with Lonza policies and international trade regulations by reviewing import/export transactions, customs documentation, and declarations.
• Audit logistics processes and trade documentation to optimize cross-border movement.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to trade compliance, customs, supply chain disruptions, and Incoterms.
• Oversee shipments, monitor and coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
• Develop local work instructions aligned with global policies and educate stakeholders on trade compliance and SAP processes, transportation requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Manage third-party logistics providers via performance reviews, KPI tracking, audits, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Analyze logistics and trade data to identify efficiency opportunities, improve compliance, reduce risk, and support strategic decision-making across the supply chain.
