Job summary

Nidec Global Appliance seeks an experienced trade compliance leader to drive end-to-end foreign trade operations across the US, Mexico, and Canada. You will own regional governance, leverage USMCA and FTAs for duty savings, and guide the GTM system rollout.

You will oversee customs brokers, ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, EPA, DOT, and NOMs, and lead the PMO for ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, or AX. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred due to cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of international trade compliance and logistics experience in North America.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Law, or related field; Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Proven GTM or ERP software implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foreign trade operations across US, Mexico, and Canada to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Govern HTS classifications and maximize USMCA utilization.
• Audit and manage regional customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Lead PMO for GTM system rollout integrated with ERP (SAP/Oracle/AX).
