Qualifications

• 7–10 years of international trade experience in a multinational company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and work with senior management on complex trade issues.
• Knowledge of TSA requirements.
• Experience with tariff classification and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages import/export regulations and policies.
• Coordinates customs audits and inquiries.
• Negotiates international freight and broker contracts.
• Develops international trade policies and procedures.
• Ensures adherence to license requirements and certifications (NAFTA, CTPAT, ITAR, EAR).
• Works with technical and legal teams to ensure tariff classification compliance.
• Implements logistics services to support each element of the supply chain.
