SC Johnson seeks a Senior Analyst, Global Trade Compliance to help meet international trade obligations and strengthen global processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams, brokers and partners to translate regulations into practical solutions. This role offers impact on compliance decisions and operational readiness.

You will classify items, audit entries, manage origin claims, and support training while staying current on evolving trade requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in trade compliance, supply chain, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze information to support compliance goals.
• Experience implementing and monitoring compliance processes and controls.
• Ability to identify and manage compliance risks and impacts.
• Willingness to learn regulatory requirements for SC Johnson products.

Responsibilities

• Classify products and maintain classifications in ERP systems.
• Audit imported merchandise quantities, values, and royalties for customs declarations.
• Conduct post-entry and weekly entry audits and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare tariff preference claims using origin rules and procedures.
• Maintain recordkeeping compliance and respond to inquiries.
• Screen vendors, customers, and employees to ensure safeguards.
• Determine applicable export classifications and licensing requirements.
• Advise on country-of-origin marking requirements.
• Support trade compliance training and policies.
• Participate in project meetings and monitor regulatory updates.
• Stay informed of trade news to help the organization prepare.
