Textron is seeking an entry-level Assoc Trade Compliance Analyst to support daily trade compliance activities and help ensure U.S. and international regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, accounting/finance, economics, or related fields.
• 0+ years of experience required; knowledge of trade regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily trade compliance activities to ensure TSV’s parts flow across borders.
• Classification of products under US HTS, Schedule B, and EAR/CCL.
• Identify, develop, and implement trade compliance process improvements.
• Develop partnerships with internal business areas to exchange ideas and regulatory practices.
• Collection, validation, and maintenance of trade documentation.
• Conduct import/export self-assessments to meet regulatory and record-retention guidelines.
• Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion.
