Job summary

Cherry Bekaert seeks a Senior Manager in International Tax Services to lead complex global tax engagements for multinational clients and high net worth individuals, shaping strategies that optimize tax efficiency and compliance worldwide.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets and pursuits, and collaborate with partners to deliver innovative tax planning, treaty analysis, and inbound/outbound structuring, staying current on regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in international tax consulting, with a proven track record of managing complex tax engagements.
Strong understanding of transfer pricing and its application in multinational corporations.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a full range of international tax services for multiple clients, including planning, consulting, and compliance.
Advise multinational companies on the tax implications of their global operations, coordinating U.S. and foreign tax laws to develop optimal strategies.
Consult on tax-efficient structuring of international transactions, use of tax treaties, offshore investment activities, and repatriation programs.
Mentor, develop, and manage staff, providing timely feedback and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Integrate practice development skills into client service and business development initiatives.
