Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Magna, Utah, is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager 3 to lead cross-functional efforts across PMO, engineering, and operations. The role focuses on delivering material budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies to enable production while maintaining cost controls.

The position requires strong EVMS experience, supplier management, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. On-site presence is required across three facilities in northern Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience in program management, project management, purchasing, or related field.
• Masters degree preferred; government contracting knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Experience with earned value management, risk mitigation, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Owns and coordinates the Global Supply Chain program with cross-functional teams to meet commitments.
• Manages material budgets, resources, forecasting, schedules, and risk/opportunity management.
• Leads material strategy across all phases of the Business Acquisition Process with PMO alignment.
• Ensures complete schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement strategies before execution.
• Develops mitigation plans for program risks related to suppliers and supply chain execution.
• Reports program status and actions to PMO and senior leadership with cost/schedule visibility.
• Drives cost reduction and efficiency improvements across supply chain activities.
• Collaborates with engineering, operations, quality, and other groups to meet production needs.
