• 5 years of people leadership experience leading managers and teams in complex environments.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain, device manufacturing and asset management strategy.
• Build a future-ready operating model with outsourcing and tech transfer for device manufacturing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with IVDR, FDA, and global requirements.
• Drive operational excellence, lean principles and continuous improvement across sites.
• Partner with Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Lab Operations, R&D and external partners.
