Job summary

Foundation Medicine is seeking a Senior Director, Global Supply Chain & Device Manufacturing to lead a global, cross-site organization across the United States and Germany, with end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and lab asset management in a highly regulated environment.

You will set the vision, strategy, and operating model, build capabilities that do not yet exist, and ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and reliable delivery across laboratories and future global sites,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in relevant fields with 12+ years in regulated industries.
• Minimum 5 years in people leadership within matrixed environments.
• Experience in global supply chain and/or regulated manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing global team across multiple sites with a culture of trust and accountability.
• Set and execute a global supply chain, device manufacturing and asset management strategy.
• Build a future-ready operating model with outsourcing and tech transfer plans.
• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end supply of reagents, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (IVDR, FDA) and drive quality systems and CAPAs.
• Partner with Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Lab Operations and external partners.
