Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, operations or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive strategic sourcing, logistics, supply chain or procurement experience.
• 5+ years leading sourcing or supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sourcing talent, building organizational capability in strategic sourcing, logistics, negotiations and supplier management.
• Set enterprise supply chain sourcing strategy with multi-year category plans across transportation, warehousing and enabling services.
• Lead transportation and global logistics sourcing across multiple modes and services, balancing cost, service, capacity, coverage and risk.
• Lead distribution, warehousing and 3PL sourcing; support facility transitions and network transformations.
• Drive strategic supplier management with executive relationships, KPIs, scorecards and governance.
