Nordson EFD, a global leader in Engineered Fluid Dispensing, is seeking an experienced shipping coordinator to oversee outbound activities and ensure timely delivery for domestic and international shipments. You will prepare international documents, coordinate with freight forwarders, and maintain shipment records while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate and oversee daily outbound shipping activities for domestic and international shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Prepare international shipping docs: commercial invoices, packing lists, and required certifications (e.g., origin and conformance certificates).
• Coordinate documentation with freight forwarders and carriers to support export declarations, AES filings, customs clearance, and delivery execution.
• Communicate with carriers to arrange pickups, monitor transit, resolve delays, and track late-day shipments.
• Distribute and prioritize shipping workload to meet operational deadlines and departmental objectives.
• Work with Shipping, Customer Service, Sales, Trade Compliance and other teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable U.S. and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain daily shipping logs and records to support audits and performance tracking.
• Monitor carrier responsiveness and escalate issues as necessary.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and efficiency opportunities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate directly with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange pickups, monitor transit, resolve delays, and track late-day shipments and late carrier pickups.
• Distribute and prioritize shipping workload throughout the day to meet operational deadlines and departmental objectives.
• Work closely with Shipping, Customer Service Group, Sales, Trade Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable U.S. and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily shipping logs, documentation retention, and records to support audits and performance tracking.
• Monitor carrier responsiveness and performance; escalanged issues as necessary.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
