Oracle Corporation in Seattle is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to own demand and inventory planning for spares, FRUs, and NPI phases. You will build dashboards, run planning models, and partner with global teams to optimize service levels and inventory health.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to influence cross-functional decisions. You will lead launches, drive risk mitigation, and improve planning processes across the lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply/demand planning or inventory management.
• Experience supporting new product introductions.
• Strong forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning knowledge.
• Experience with spares, FRUs, or repairables preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and planning-system experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dashboards and planning models for supply, demand, and inventory.
• Track service levels, shortages, forecast performance, and inventory health.
• Perform root-cause analysis on planning and service gaps.
• Compare NPI assumptions to actual field performance.
• Develop supply-demand scenarios for business and financial planning.
• Drive improvements in planning tools, data, and processes.
• Own spares and FRU planning for new product introductions.
• Lead supply-demand and launch-readiness reviews.
