Responsibilities

• Implement and manage system optimization strategies for ESS assets.
• Triage and resolve access control and video platform issues; coordinate with integrators.
• Collaborate with Global Security & Safety teams and external ESS manufacturers.
• Perform root-cause analysis of alarm data and drive remediation actions.
• Support project teams with system design, vendor coordination and testing.
• Plan and execute cross-functional ESS projects per company standards; track metrics.
