Infios US, Inc. seeks a senior attorney to draft, review, and negotiate U.S. and international technology agreements, including SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, and SOWs. The role partners with Sales, Product, Security, and Compliance to mitigate risk while enabling business growth.

Applicants should hold a J.D. from a U.S. law school, be licensed to practice in at least one state, and bring 7+ years of commercial contracting experience with strong drafting, negotiation, and communication

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with bar admission in at least one state.
• 7+ years in commercial contracting, ideally SaaS or tech.
• Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data, and contract law.
• Understanding of U.S. data privacy requirements (CCPA/CPRA) and GDPR exposure a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate U.S. and international commercial technology agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements.
• Advance cloud services agreements, software licenses, SOWs, professional services, and partner arrangements.
• Advise business units and leadership on software and technology contracting and risk.
• Monitor privacy, regulatory developments, and licensing issues affecting contracts.
• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
