Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, Risk Management - International and Access Risk to lead and evolve risk programs across international and access domains. The role coordinates risk assessments, governance reporting, and control design with global partners and senior leaders.

You will drive data-driven decisions, manage cross‑functional teams, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes while working with India-based resources and potentially travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• At least 7 years in risk management, compliance, international risk operations, or access management.
• At least 3 years of financial services industry experience or regulatory environment.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years of consulting with and presenting to senior executive leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and orchestrate international risk and governance reporting for India-based operations and other jurisdictions.
• Ensure international requirements and processes are integrated across risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain an access risk reduction strategy with your team.
• Partner with risk and business stakeholders to align objectives across global teams.
• Execute international oversight and governance activities, including country entrances/exits.
