Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services risk management.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• At least 7 years of experience supporting, partnering with, and interacting with internal business clients.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial services risk management.
• At least 7 years leading cross-functional projects and programs within a risk management organization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Master's Certificate in Project Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, establishing strategic direction, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage international regulatory reporting and global audits for GPN.
• Lead international change management frameworks to comply with evolving international laws across borders.
• Facilitate country entrances and exits in line with business strategy.
• Design and deploy a unified regulatory engagement model with guardrails and centralized oversight for international interactions.
• Coordinate and drive alignment across a globally distributed network of teams.
• Drive scalability and optimize resource allocation by aligning regulatory strategies with market priorities and risk profiles.
• Partner with Business, Product, and Technology to translate regulatory trends into technical specifications and market-leading offerings.
