Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 10-15 years experience as Manager, Project Engineering.
• Masters in Management / MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Capital and Facilities Planning, Engineering Best practices and Systems.
• Define and document expectations related to Good Engineering Practice and Project Execution Methodology.
• Track project execution for targeted projects and report performance metrics.
• Strategic planning and facility asset utilization across AbbVie corporate facilities.
• Oversee AbbVie-wide capital planning for major investments (> $5MM).
• Benchmark PM practices with external firms and peers.
