Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex programs, projects, or initiatives with budgets, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to oversee multiple workstreams, set priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience directing or supervising staff, providing guidance and feedback, and supporting staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage programs from planning through closeout, ensuring quality, impact, and timely delivery.
• Develop work plans, timelines, reports, presentations, events, and travel related to programs.
• Anticipate risks, resolve problems, and keep leadership informed of progress and issues.
• Build and manage relationships with donors, participants, and partners across sectors.
• Coordinate procurement, subawards, and required documentation; ensure compliance.
