Job summary

SMASH is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery and governance for multiple complex infrastructure engagements with enterprise clients in the United States. You will drive execution across global environments, ensuring strong governance, risk management, financial control, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• End-to-end ownership across scope, schedule, resources, financials, risks, governance, and delivery.
• Experience in Professional Services or Managed Services with external customer-facing projects.
• Experience supporting global financial services customers or similar enterprise environments.
• Strong infrastructure PM experience across data centers, networking, security, storage, virtualization, cloud, and UC.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, environments, and distributed sites.
• Strong risk management, governance, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and project control of multiple concurrent, complex infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed WBS, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
• Lead projects across data centers, networking, security, storage, virtualization, cloud, and UC.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, financials, risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery quality.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation, contingency, and escalation plans.
• Lead customer-facing engagements, building relationships with clients, executives, and teams.
• Coordinate multiple teams, environments, workstreams, and global sites for alignment.
• Develop and maintain resource plans for concurrent projects.
