Responsibilities

• Facilitate global pre-production industrial engineering for electric and electrification programs.
• Develop long-term global manufacturing capacity models and improve productivity.
• Assist cross-functional teams to design and integrate lean manufacturing in plants.
• Implement resources, equipment, and labor optimization to meet lean targets.
• Guide layout planning, virtual build events, and prototype builds for validation.
• Formulate and update the Manufacturing Readiness Plan for optimal facilities use.
• Introduce ergonomic job evaluation early and address ergonomic issues with teams.
• Provide training on standard time measurement and safe workstation design.
