Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Planning & Procurement to lead global planning, procurement, and inventory across multiple manufacturing sites. You will drive S&OP, supplier management, and NPI readiness while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product Management.

The role requires 10+ years in planning/procurement leadership in high-tech manufacturing, with SAP experience and a track record of cost savings and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading S&OP processes and inventory optimization in multi-site, global supply chains.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
