Reporting to the Director Global Security Risk Operations, the you will be the subject matter expert who will lead a team responsible for driving complex, issues and multidisciplinary efforts to ascertain, analyze, report and improve the security state of the enterprise. You will work closely with cross-functional global partners to execute on Red Teaming initiatives and facility risk assessments. You will be responsible for the continuous development of strengthening the security ecosystem through data driven decisions and the maturation of the program through evidence based success metrics that illustrate the continued evolution.

As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $157000 - $227000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
