Job summary

Google is seeking a senior leader in Global Security Risk Operations to direct a team that drives complex, cross-functional security initiatives across the enterprise. You will work with global partners to execute Red Teaming efforts and facility risk assessments, strengthening Google’s security ecosystem through data-driven decisions and measurable outcomes.

You will report to the Director Global Security Risk Operations and help Google maintain a culture where safety, security, and resiliency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Risk Management or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience designing and implementing security resilience programs with multiple risk stakeholders in a regional or global capacity.
• 5 years of experience in program management, including developing risk management solutions and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for driving complex, cross-functional security initiatives and improving the enterprise security state.
• Oversee Red Teaming initiatives and facility risk assessments in collaboration with global partners.
• Drive data-driven decisions and maturation of the program with evidence-based success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes aligning with Google’s security goals.
• Manage vendor governance and contractual performance related to security services and deliverables.
